Feb 12 - The Heart of Anger

Feb 12 - The Heart of Anger
Anger is something we all have because it's a vital function of life. But anger can turn into something much more when we decide to indulge in it. And we often do. Jesus reserves some his most condemning words in his teaching about anger, relating it to murder. But to even begin to understand our anger and how it operates in us, much less deal with it, we have to first understand our heart and it's role in this emotion that's a part of everyday life.
